The phone representatives will be the first point of contact for all participants via phone and will works in a call center setting; confirming patient's eligibility, scheduling patients for appointments; and answering patient's questions. Provides a consistent superior customer experience in accordance with the center mission and vision
Education: High School or Equivalent
Minimum Years’ Experience: More than one (1) year working in a health care environment.
