    • Generates, maintains and updates various lists and systems 
    • Generates reports using Excel and in-house systems for internal and external audiences
    • Updates bargaining support documents
    • Provides Spanish translation for enrollment documents and online enrollment
    • Coordinates with the Communications staff to manage communications
    • Updates workflows and procedures documents
    • Designs and completes documents in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    • Participates in onsite presentations and enrollment activities when requested
    • Tracks analytics and supports internal data reporting needs
    • Act as a liaison with internal departments and third party vendors to identify and resolve various issues including workflow bottlenecks and reworked items to streamline standard tasks and automate reporting
    • Gathers, evaluates, analyzes, documents, and works with stakeholders to streamline current processes
    • Understands end-to-end processes and interdependencies to be able to provide business aligned solutions
    • Develops tools, reports, and process documentation
    • Supports the operations with technical expertise along with evaluating opportunities to optimize workflow, reduce manual touchpoints and to standardize processes for the consistent delivery of information
    • Provides continuous alignment of data sources
    • Identifies, coordinates and ensure integrity of data being imported/exported
    • Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and requirements of the job.

    • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience required

    • Minimum of 2 ~ 3 years of direct experience required.
    • Basic database experience a plus

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
    • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, manage and prioritize multiple projects
    • Spanish fluency a plus
