    This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and tracking enrollment materials throughout the onboarding process.


    Essential Job Functions:


    • Coordinates enrollment materials for new accounts, plans, and new hire enrollments
    • Verifies that  enrollment materials are sent to eligible members
    • Generates and distributes enrollment status reports
    • Maintains enrollment calendar  
    • Maintains and coordinates the development of enrollment materials by plan unit and account
    • Reviews enrollment materials
    • Maintains  compliance mailing instructions 
    • Audits mailing labels/files in advance of mailing
    • Acts as primary internal point of contact for enrollment materials
    • Provides consistent and proactive communication on task status to all stakeholders
    • Coordinates logistics for worksite enrollment events  
    • Attends onsite enrollment events
    • Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and requirements of the job
    • Performs Essential Job Functions and Duties with or without reasonable accommodation


    • Associate's Degree in Business related field or equivalent work experience required

    • Bachelor’s degree desired
    • Minimum of 1 ~ 2 years of related experience required
    • Knowledge of health insurance
    • Understanding of or experience with enrollment processes and tasks
    • Knowledge of and experience with Visio and Adobe a plus


    Skills and Abilities:



    • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
    • Manage competing deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment
    • Demonstrate well developed critical thinking skills  
    • Ability to interact successfully with all levels of staff
    • Strong attention to detail
